H3RITAGE, born Anayo Onyedika Emmanuel, is a Nigerian rapper, singer and songwriter blending Hip-Hop and Afro music. His artistry lives at the intersection of culture, storytelling, fashion and originality — building a global legacy rooted in African excellence.
H3RITAGE (stylised with a numeral, pronounced "Heritage") is the stage name of Anayo Onyedika Emmanuel, a Nigerian recording artist working across Hip-Hop, Afro and Afro Hip-Hop. His catalogue includes The Come Up EP, Man Dem, Levitated, Online, Away, I Ain't Stressing, and Bounce featuring Nigerian heavyweight ODUMODUBLVCK.
Origin
H3RITAGE began his musical journey in 2011, writing and recording in Nigeria as a teenager drawn to the storytelling engine of Hip-Hop and the melodic pulse of Afro music. Formal releases followed through the late 2010s and early 2020s — Away and I Ain't Stressing in 2018, Bounce and Levitated in 2019, and Man Dem in 2020 — building the foundation for a wider creative platform.
Education
Alongside his artistry, H3RITAGE studied International Relations at École Supérieure de Management (ESM). The academic discipline shows in the writing: precise structure, patient pacing, and lyrics that read as much as they listen.
Sound & Style
His sound is deliberately versatile — hard-bar rap when the record calls for it, melodic Afro cadences when the story bends that way. The through-line is originality: African identity treated as a source, not a costume. Style, fashion and cultural reference sit inside the music, not on top of it.

H3RITAGE has worked with ODUMODUBLVCK, R3YY, S3R3NIITY, SouthSide Shakur, and producer Mr Fanty — a small, deliberate circle of Nigerian creatives shaping the current wave of Afro Hip-Hop.
The Return (2026)
In 2026, H3RITAGE re-emerged with The Come Up EP on Apple Music and a renewed creative direction: a globally-minded, editorially-presented Nigerian artist brand — music, image and story built to travel.
